With the help of Mom or Dad this class will focus on gross motor skills, flexibility, class structure, following directions, and many of the fundamental skills of gymnastics.

Co-ed, 3 – 5 years, potty-trained
At this age, children are ready to participate by themselves. Cypress Academy uses the sport of gymnastics as a tool to challenge children to expand their developing capabilities.

Girls- Grades: K – 1
Here your gymnast will be introduced to the basic skills in gymnastics on all four women’s Olympic events (Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor).

Girls Rec
Girls- Grades: 2 & up
Your gymnast will work through the basic skills in gymnastics on all four women’s Olympic events (Vault, Bars, Beam & Floor), as well as conditioning and trampoline.

Boys Rec
Boys- Grades: K & up
In our Boys Rec Program, your gymnast will be introduced to the basic skills in gymnastics on all six men’s Olympic events (Floor, Pommel Horse, Rings, Vault, Parallel Bars, and High Bar).

Tumbling
Co-ed, K & up
Our tumbling program begins with Intro to Tumbling which emphasizes the fundamentals of tumbling: cartwheels and round-offs, with an introduction to back handsprings.

Summer Camps
ANYONE & EVERYONE ages 4 and up (must be completely potty trained) are welcome.
Weekly: 9:00 am – 3:30 pm
BEFORE CARE (7:30am-9:00am) – $35 PER CHILD
AFTER CARE (3:30pm-5:00pm) – $35 PER CHILD
$235 per camp when paid in full before May 15th. 10% OFF 2nd child and 20% OFF each additional child.

Cypress Academy Ninja was founded in 2020. We have 2 locations – a 7,000 square ft. facility attached to our Huffmeister Location and a 27,000 square ft. stand alone facility, which is our Dowdell location. CA Ninja offers classes, birthday parties and special events.

The kids had an absolute blast with all the activities, and the coaches did such a great job keeping everyone engaged, safe, and having fun the whole time. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for an energetic group of 4-year-olds.
From setup to cleanup, everything was handled seamlessly. We truly felt taken care of the entire time. Highly recommend Cypress Academy for a fun and memorable birthday party!
The space was perfect for a group of energetic kids—plenty of room to run, and play. The setup was done prior to arrival. There were tons of fun activities that kept everyone entertained the entire time.
A special shoutout to Coach Sofia and Josh!!! They were absolutely amazing! They were so involved energetic, and great with the kids, making sure everyone felt included and had a blast. Their enthusiasm really made the party extra fun!
What really stood out was how stress-free the whole experience was for us as parents. Everything was handled so professionally, and we were able to actually enjoy the party instead of worrying about all the small things. Our kid had the biggest smile the entire time! Great birthday party! Thank you again!
Coach Alli has been a wonderful gymnastics coach to my daughter she's 7 never in her life done anything like this she actually use to play baseball and coach Alli has taught her so much and always encouraging her! I couldn't ask for better coaches for my girls we would be devastated to see any of them leave because they All do incredible for my girls
Re: Birthday parties - I wanted to make sure I captured my daughter' delight at both her 6th & 7th birthday party here in my review. From the time we arrived, she staff helped me get the decorations out of my vehicle and set up inside. The coaches maintain the kids very entertained throughout the entire allotted party time, kept everything on schedule (food, cake, pics & presents) and there was no clean up afterwards.
Re: Gymnastics - my daughter started off when she had just began kindergarten, her first coach was coach Carrington. That coach recognized my daughters weakness (intimidated to try new things) and grouped her with other girls experiencing the same. A coach can only do so much in the 45 min class time, meaning there is not much time for one-on-one time because then it would neglect the rest of the kids. When I spoke to coach Carrington about ways I could work with my daughter at home, she gave me a whole list of ideas. Then we moved on to coach Katie (in the above pic) who really challenged my daughter in every way possible, helped her go from not being able to do a cartwheel to being able to execute a completely straight handstand. When coach Katie left (to join the army) my daughter was assigned to coach Emily who is the sweetest but doesn't mess around, you will get your 45 minutes with her! Most coaches also offer private one-on-one sessions that you can take advantage of. All in all, we have never been short of extremely happy with Cypress Academy @ Huffmeister. Any questions or concerns I have had, I took to the manager (Carol) with a prompt answer and/or resolution.
