With the help of Mom or Dad this class will focus on gross motor skills, flexibility, class structure, following directions, and many of the fundamental skills of gymnastics.

Co-ed, 3 – 5 years, potty-trained
At this age, children are ready to participate by themselves. Cypress Academy uses the sport of gymnastics as a tool to challenge children to expand their developing capabilities.

Starz
Girls- Grades: K – 1
Here your gymnast will be introduced to the basic skills in gymnastics on all four women’s Olympic events (Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor).

Girls Rec
Girls- Grades: 2 & up
Your gymnast will work through the basic skills in gymnastics on all four women’s Olympic events (Vault, Bars, Beam & Floor), as well as conditioning and trampoline.

Boys Rec
Boys- Grades: K & up
In our Boys Rec Program, your gymnast will be introduced to the basic skills in gymnastics on all six men’s Olympic events (Floor, Pommel Horse, Rings, Vault, Parallel Bars, and High Bar).

Tumbling
Co-ed, K & up
Our tumbling program begins with Intro to Tumbling which emphasizes the fundamentals of tumbling: cartwheels and round-offs, with an introduction to back handsprings.

Summer Camps
ANYONE & EVERYONE ages 4 and up (must be completely potty trained) are welcome.
Weekly: 9:00 am – 3:30 pm
BEFORE CARE (7:30am-9:00am) – $35 PER CHILD
AFTER CARE (3:30pm-5:00pm) – $35 PER CHILD
$235 per camp when paid in full before May 15th. 10% OFF 2nd child and 20% OFF each additional child.

Cypress Academy Ninja was founded in 2020. We have 2 locations – a 7,000 square ft. facility attached to our Huffmeister Location and a 27,000 square ft. stand alone facility, which is our Dowdell location. CA Ninja offers classes, birthday parties and special events.

Words cannot describe how amazing the coaches are with the kids here! They create this magical world making everyone feel special and safe by giving their undivided attention, energetic energy, and professional guidance.
This past weekend, my kid had his 6th bday here and JANTZEN and DAVID ROCKED IT!!!
I was kind of concerned only having 15mins to set up, however, JANTZEN AND DAVID immediately took over and set up EVERYTHING!!! The put the table covers on, hung the photo booth decor on the wall, sat the table with plates and napkins, and organized the pizza, drinks, presents, and cakes. For an hour, they gave the children their undivided attention on the floor. When they came back to the party area, JANTZEN AND DAVID sat the children, served them pizza and juice boxes, and continued to cater to the kids! Cake time! J and D placed the candles on the cakes, lit the candles, and led the “happy birthday” song. Then J and D cut and served the cake!! After cake, they took the kids back out on the floor for 30mins and wore them out!! Finally, when the party was over, JANTZEN and DAVID cleaned and picked up everything, loaded left overs, presents, and salvageable decor in my jeep and the rest is history!!!
We will definitely have more bday parties here! I will definitely recommend to my friends and family to also have parties here!
Money cannot buy the genuine love, respect,and positive energy Jantzen and David possess. Kudos to their parents for raising impeccable young men and to cypress academy for hiring them! They were committed to give my kid the most memorable birthday ever and they did exactly that! THANK YOU SO MUCH JANTZEN AND DAVID! Y’all made Baers day the most special day ever!!
